    cutting out aas befor comp help!!!!

    I have my first comp at the end of april and I am doing good with my diet I am about 5 - 5.5 bf% right now. I am pretty lean and have good defintion right now. I was going to run test up into the week before but cut it down to 200mg a week. I am running test cyp right now at 750mg a week. When would you cut it out. I am running an anti e now. ANd am not holding much water. I will be adding clen about 5 weeks out. And when should I through in anavar I was going to run about 50mgs everyday any help I am stressing about this competion.

    I am no expert, but here are some common suggestions I feel you will be getting here pretty soon:

    1. Switch from that longer estered test (cyp) to test prop no later than 6 wks out, although 8-10 wks out would be better. Then drop the prop about a week or two out from the show, depending on how much water you hold on it. If you can not get prop, and only have cyp. I would drop it 3-4 wks out.

    2. Run the clen up to the day of the show. I woudl throw the var in around 8-10 wks out and run it through the show. If you don't have enough for that though, then start about 6 wks out.

    What spound said except clen , clen lowers you insulin sensitivity and can make it difficult to carb up, i would loos it 2-3 days before carb up...XXL
