Lower Abdominal Distention
Anyone have any ideas on how to get my lower abdominal area down? I try to keep my breath blown out, but from the side, and in between poses it is noticable. i have a small waist but seem to not be able to keep this are sucked down. I get lean and dry, but my guts always seem to be sticking out, i try not to eat way before going on stage. Im doing the jr usa's in 3 weeks and want to have this problem solved. Maybe i need to take some kind of cleanser or something, flush out my lower intenstines/ any suggestions?

I compete at 240lbs. never used igf, did a little gh before, not convinced it was worth the $ so never tried it again. I think it stems from the amount of food i eat on a daily basis, but thought it would suck in while dieting down. It may be water being drawn in by sodium or some type of food im eating. before a show i eat like hell just to 1/2 ways fill up. After i cut my H2O.

The last few days when you cut down your water, you'll cut out all sodium. It’s literally impossible to eat zero sodium, so that's the purpose of the sodium load. You'll make a little bit of sodium in the diet seem like absolutely nothing due to the three days of extremely high sodium intake. The result is your body letting go of every bit of subcutaneous water, leaving you dry, paper thin, and ripped to hell!
Sodium/Salt: During the salt loading phase, all sizes of bodybuilders will benefit by salting all food and by using a bouillion cube in water, morning and evening. I've never seen this to be size dependent so there are no recommendations on how much salt you should have. The key here is making the body think it's taking in a ton of sodium, which it is. After this loading phase, you'll want to get as close to zero sodium as you can for those three or four days. It's impossible to consume no sodium, so the sodium load makes the body "think" it's receiving none at all, as it's used to extremely high levels.
Hope that help.
