    carb up after weigh in?

    My weigh in is at 9am day of the show, and pre judging is @ 11. I was planning on eating light in the morn, maybe a donut, than immediately after weigh in eat like 4-5 more. I will only be doing this if i have a chance at making a weight cut off. Is this enough time to shit load, or is this a stupid idea? lol

    if your trying to make weight then thats a different story, then you'll have to suffer until after weigh in, immediately after weigh in then you could have as much doughnut as yo ucan without making your stomach look bigger. as long as you dont drinlk anything you will be fine. I dont care about making weight so I shittload from the evening before. and then when I wake up and then after weigh-in.

    It will work, esspecially that by the time you go on stage it might be 6-8 hours since weight in, that should be enough time to shiatload...good luck...do not over do it like MrM said...you do not want a bloated gut...XXL
