Sugar Replacements - HELP!!
Does anyone have any evidence of when sugar replacements (sweet and Low) should be cut out of your contest prep diet. Is is ok to use them up through the last week during sodium loading and then cut out as you cut out salt? I've heard these sugar replacements cause water retention. Anyone's take on this would be helpful.

if it retains water then it would infact be good to use during sodium load and drop when you drop your sodium.

I have heard the same about sugar subs retaining water. I cut out after sodium loading just to be safe. Thanks for your comments guys! Contest is tomorrow!
