    contest results !!!!!!!!!!!

    well guys i took 1st in teen and 5th in junior division but this was only a warm up show i have a show in 4 weeks that i am really aiming for. thanks

    hey guys im sure some of you might have suggestions on this soooo. ok everything came out good for this show but is there anything i can do like maybe higher reps or something to bring my quads out more they just didnt quite come out as good as i would have liked.
