Max Carbs while dieting for a show
As most of ya know i am currently dieting for a show in 20 days, i was just looking for a rough estimate of what most of you take in for total carbs ion a day when this close...I am 6' and 234 pounds and pretty much there, i just have my water to lose on my around my abs and that will come when i stop sodium and oil based gear in 10 days. I am consuming 165g of low GI carbs daily. and was thinking i would keep it there for a bit, then start slowly dropping it till i am depleted 4 days out the start my kload...but i am not sure if i am to high now...please give me your input

I emailed him and called him at home. He just got back from a show on Sunday so it migh be a bit delayed. But he was competing for his state championship. (use to live in CDN moved to USA). But hopefully i can get a hold of him.
