I just finished my first show saturday (might i add that it was one of the greatest experiences of my life) and a photographer that was at the show wants to do a photoshoot with me later this week or early next week. I planned on bulking up this week but i now need to stay lean. Any suggestions on how i should alter my diet and training? Or should i stick with what i was doing the last 2 weeks of my comp diet? Ill post pics from the show mid week when i get them all
