    Post Comp depression!!

I just did my first show 3 weeks ago, and now i am starting to put on fat, and i feel like i have lost a significant amount of muscle. My diet is still reletively clean and i have been going to the gym a few days a week to try and do some maintaining. How do you guys deal with the psychological aspects of getting fatter and is there anything i should do differently??

    I appreciate all input

Well I can only tell you from my experience, I do not get depressed, I just try to pack on more size and with packing on more size come fat. just deal with it, dont expect to stay 4% body fat, its normal to back up somewhere around 12%, I stay around 10%, some might stay leaner and some might get fatter. bottom line is just deal with it and keep working out.

kEEP EATING AND TRAINING. IT IS NORMAL TO GET SOFT AFTER A SHOW, ITS HARD TO FEEL LEAN EVEN WHEN YOU ARE LEAN AFTER YOU HAVE BEEN 3% ON STAGE B4, JUST THE WAY IT IS. JUST MAKE SURE YOU LIFT HEAVY AND GET THE CALS IN AND PUT ON SOME MUSCLE, YOU HAVENT LOST ANY..I PROMISE, UNLESS YOU HAVENT BEEN EATING ENOUGH, WHICH I DOUBT IS THE CASE AFTER A SHOW...
