    i was wonndering where these pics were!! you are looking good man...your bis in the front double bi shot are great. rear double bi-the delts look sweet.
    keep poundin bro..time will fly now so get after it. I went to 2 shows this weekend....when they ask for a most muscular...definitley hit that crab pose where it will show your traps...too many guys did most muscular poses all standing up straight. slightly bent over shows off the traps more to show more size

    This set of pics is looking much better than the last ones. I take it you took the suggestions of everyone in the last thread?

    You still have a ways to go, but if you keep pluggin' and keep up this kind of progress you should be fine. If you can manage to get peeled, you are going to look phenominal. You have good shape and some great thickness in your muscle....good luck!!

    Thank you everyone......Getnjacked, thanks for your comments and your positive attitude, its really helping me stay motivated, especially now cause every little thing of food is starting to look sooooooo GOOD to me......Spound, yeah i took your advise and stepped up my cardio alot, plus i dropped my carbs down to 120grams on training days.....The scale is finally dropping down aswell, i have roughly 20 lbs in 5 weeks to lose, i know its a going to be tough, but i think im holding some water, which im hoping to shed once i stop my oils, cut my water, and take my diuretic.......

    Heck yea bro!! you are in the home stretch now!! 5 weeks is guna fly by so stay focused on the big prize bro. I wouldnt worry too much about water just yet..just keep it in check & it will shed when its time.Keep us updated on your weight when you update us...I looked back @ your 8 weeks out pics & in 3 weeks you have done really well... keep it up bro!!

    Don't worry bro, jsut stick to the plan. Make changes as needed and you will be fine, you are still going to lose a lot of fat between now and show time. I know how you feel with the diet...My cabrs got down to 120 on training days and 60grams on non-training days, and I was still 225 at 2 or 3 weeks out. I was getting HUNGRY!! I ended up coming in at 207. You will definately lose more fat, THEN you can asses how much water you have to lose. Do not mistake the two. Keep it up bro, you are doing awesome! GOOD LUCK!
