    who here has a trainer??

    Hey guys I am curious to see if you guys have a year round trainer or do you only hire someone for contest prep? what is the best route??

    I have a year round coach who I see once a week. We go over diet, training and pose every week. He is a friend of mine who does it for free as a hobby.

    I have a trainer all year round, a good friend and power lifting champion.
