    Unhappy Need Diet Advice

I'm currently 16 weeks out, and need to put on mass,

    I'm a female 5'9, 140lbs and 15% BF,

I would like to start cutting around 10 weeks and will be eliminating 625 calories from my diet per day to reach my goal of 10%.

Currently I'm intaking 2,750 calories to bulk up,

    Does that sound feasible,

This will be my first competition at the Novice Level.

Also does anyone know what percent of BF I would need to be able to compete.
Looking forward to any advice I can get

well, to put it in perspective, im 5'7 and a 200 male bodybuilder, and i am consuming roughly the same amount of calories right now as you are. Now, even though i am deting at the moment, and although i am not an expert, i think your calories are too high based upon your current body fat and weight, especially so close to competition time. Please post your current diet and pics of yourself, like already suggested, and well go from there. Just curious, did any write out your current diet, or did you think of it yourself.?
