    chest symmetry or dip?

    i will try to find some better pics but i have noticed my right pec is smaller than the other noticably upper inner portion if you can see it in the avy any suggestions on how to fix it? it becomes more apparent with drop of bf

    incline DB fly. you'll want to work unilateral stuff with DB's to isolate each side. for upper area you need it inclined, i would say 45 or maybe just one notch higher on the bench than 45 degree incline. the flies will help get that inner section. make sure you do a real strict movement and don't get all sloppy and start bending your elbows when you are doing them. keep a relaxed elbow position and do a nice "hug" style fly. at the top, if you can try to cross the db's over each other kind of like doing cable cross overs. this will really contract that inner pectoral muscle. at the top of every rep you need to contract your chest muscles so hard they are going to tear....just contract and give a good hold before you let them back down (in a controlled manner).

    to build up the right side, i would say do 1 extra set on just the right side every time you do that exercise. so if you're doing 4x8 do 1 more with just the right side of the same weight you use. you'll have to dangle the other weight on the left or hold onto something to keep yoru body stable on the bench when doing only one side.

    it'll take time doing it this way, but it will catch up.
