    i urge everyone here to go sign up and make a post over there. it wont be completly ready until the begining of march but it is up and running and there is a ton of info and great video's on the home page. there will be 10 pro. budybuilders and many amatures there once its complete and the board should take off like a rocket. anyway were trying to get as many people over there as possible so once again i urge everyone to sign up and check it out. thank you and i look forward to seeing you over there.

    just doing a brief overview of the site and wats to come is pretty exciting. i like the idea of having a site and forum solely dedicated to those who compete. props to the minds behind it.
