My Legs are fluidy
Hi guys, im about 9 weeks out from my natural comp and i have a question????????
My legs are full of fluid, and every week my skin folds seem to be the same around the thigh area, has anyone else had this problem and does anyone have a solution. i have been told to have 3000mg of vitamin c before cardio twice a day.

More than likely a bodyfat issue and not fluid. What is the skinfold coming out to? Pics, diet and cardio schedule will help us help you as well. Plus, if it's only water no need to worry about until the last week or so.

My cardio is one hour at 70% of my MHR per day, my skin fold over 9 sites comes down to 64.5mm this is 8 weeks out as of this sunday. sub scap, tri, bi, quad, calf, kidney, superilliac, chest and abs. will post pic very soon.

he is 71kg and 5' 6.

If he is 71kg and his skinfolds are correct that puts him at just over 11% bodyfat. At 11% most peoples legs are going to show some seperation but not much else. I can almost guarantee you this is a bodyfat issue and not a water issue. The good news is 11% at 9 weeks out still gives him time to get into condition. A picture would help.

just a stupid thought but just to make sure its water what will happen if he tries lasex for water drop and see if that makes any difference?

You can cut water without going the lasix route. What was his quad skinfold measurement?
