    contest prep for mr universe starts monday

    Just had the world championships a couple of weeks back. i decided to go for the mr universe NABBA title again this year. I entered this comp a coupe of times allready but seeing as i imrpoved a lot since my last time i entered i am going to give it another shot.

    I will be keeping a log starting monday

    the nabba mr universe comp will be held in southport england on the 24th of oktober so i do have some time to go. I will be keeping you guys posted

    ok here's how today looked.

    started a short mass cycle before cutting again.

    at the momenet i am taking

    2000 mg of sustanon 400mg a week 800 on monday 400 on wednesday and 800 again on friday

    400 mg of nandrolone 200 on monday and 200 on friday

    5 iu of genotonorm a day

    starting next week i will probably kick some d-boll in there as well.

    current stats 110.00 kg 225lbs 6.5 fat%

    i usually end up at about 190 lbs and 2,5-3% but i want to come a bit heavier this year
