Please help !!! Urgent!!
Hello everyone
Okay i am now less then 2 weeks out and i have run into a big problem. For the past 5 days i have been constipated and havent been able to go to the toilet . and when i do manage to get anything out its next to nothing and it takes alot of effort. Ever since i have been having trouble i have become more bloated and my mid section has smoothed out. This has lead to me feeling depressed and down all the time and i need to fix this!. i have been taking 2 teaspoons of physilium husk twice a day in my diet since day 1 and that hasnt changed. If someone can please help that would be great!! i need to fix this.
thanks alot.

If, after 2 weeks nothing change, I would advise you a proctology exam.
Keeping your faeces inside your intestine for too long is dangerous.
Try a glicerine clyster at first.

As 650 stated, this is not uncommon precontest, take some Miralax or other laxative aid and you will be fine.

You are already stating you have fiber make sure you are hydrated and take a laxitive i would sudgest natural at first and see how it goes, my daughter takes "lax-a-day" it is a polyethylene glycol (prescribed) and it has worked wonders on her constipation...good luck Bro...XXL
