what it takes
Hey....I have absolutly no Idea wtf it takes to be a pro bodybuilder. Meaning, what weight classes are there...what body fat percentage is acceptable.....and what does it take you looking like to actually have a chance at winning.
Im 5ft 11in, 175lbs. prolly 12%, if I compete ever Id like to at 220-225 and what body fat percentage? Would that put me in the highest class for weight? I know 99.99999% of us are never going to be Ronnie Coleman So where does the middle guys fit in....whats it like to compete and not have your pic in Flex mag, I never hear experiences from these guys except where they placed.
Id be great to hear more about the lifestyle, pay expectations, weight/body fat/what you really have to look like to win (genetics).
