    Peanut butter

    Hey guys. I am going to load with peanut butter. I was wondering if I should go with a healthy brand or just good old fashion peanut butter. Thanks guys

    are you bulking? if so it does not matter that much if your cutting use natty PB it has less sugar, sugar makes it hard to cut

    just for educational purproses, why not use almond butter rather than peanut butter ?

    Check out smart balance with added omegas. They reformulated it and it tastes like candy instead of fish now. Delicious and healthy.

    Natural peanut butter would be your preffered choice, while carbing up, laodin, bulkinfg or cutting...as ofr omegas, there are better choices the omega fortified foods, those are gimmick at best with less then 1 gm of omegas most of the time anyway...

    I was thinking about using naturally more. It only has 15mg of sodium.

    Yes...... read the labels, less calories & sodium with higher protein works well.

    At this point if you are dry and already taken diuretic, sodium will mean nothing, even if you licked a brick of salt it is unlikely you will spill over not till morning after as long as you do not drink once dried out there is nowhere to pull water from...
