Really depends what type of cardio you are doing and what kind of diet you are following. Usually where you are now (6 weeks out) I am doing both AM fasted as well as PWO cardio.

My cardio is always done first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Occasionally I'll do a 2nd session later in the evening.

Most people need to be doing both, unless you have one of those supper fast metabolisms.

I do 40 min in the am and 20 post workout.

Yes, for PM cardio, pro/fat/veg or just pro/veg is what you want. Remember the carbs get turned into engery, your trying to expend the energy and not replace it.

You can if you want. What AAS cycle are you on? I think most people worry too much about loosing muscle, it's not that easy to loose.

You do need to eat immediately after the pm cardio.

That's plenty of AAS to keep your body in an anabolic state, as long as your eating right after your cardio/training. How many grams of carbs is that? If your training in the pm try to keep those carbs down late in the day.

Where is your BF%, and where are trying to get to?

thats about 80 grAM CARBS post weight traing.im huge beleiver of pwo shake and really dnt wanna cut that out.after that i have ppwo meal just lean prot n veggies .no more carbs after pwo shake . if its pm cardio and no weights that day (i train weights 4 times a wk) it will be just a prot/fat shake and than prot n veggies aft that. i just like fast acting carbs after weight training to push in the nutreients and help recovery . so 60 grams oatmeal am and 80 grams waxymaize on weight train days and just 60 gram oatmeal breaky on non weight days and no more after that except veggies

Well that's what you need when your bulking, I hope it works out for your, but I'm afraid your cutting results will be limited eating that many carbs late in the day.

yea, it might workout for you. Is this your first time deiting down? If it is just keep doing what your doing and see what results you get.

Eating carbs late in the day will most likely result in some spill over and get tured into fat at night.

I thought I read somewhere you said you train late in the day. If not then you got nothing to worry about.
