New member getting ready for my first cycle starting tomorrow and first show
Hey new here to the forum: just wanted to introduce myself and say hi.
Name: Daniel
Age:24
Weight:198
Height:5'8 and a half
training consistently for almost two years been on and off since i was 12 am a personal trainer and always wanted to compete and just love bodybuilding will post pics tomorrow and a few measurements
cycle looks like this:
week 1-12test e once a week in one dose 500mg
week 1-4 dbol 25mg/ed
maybe taper off the test the last few weeks and 10mg dbol during the last few weeks
pct:nolva and clomid

Drop the dbol . Dont taper off test, no need. What dose do you plan on running nolva and clomid?

why drop the dbol i wanted to just run it to kickstart my gains taking 25mg hr before workout and i plan on doing 50mg clomid ed for first 2 then 25mg ed for the remaning two and nolva 40 mg week 1-2 and 20mg 1-4

first cycles its generally recomended to stick with one compound. Its easier to manage side effects.

true yes i know this but im assuming 25mg will not be too much to outweigh the gains over the side effects and its only for 4 weeks and i have nolva on hand but thank you that clomid/nolva combo sounds good?

should i bump it up to 50mg? i have enough to do so and you believe in once dosing before the gym or spread out keep in mind these are capsules filled with powder would like to know cuz im starting my first dose in the morning i was really plannin on 25 though...

Whens the show? I would personally take the dbol at the start of the cycle, first 4-6 weeks 20-30mg per day n run test 1-12 weeks. Although if ur cycle is gunna be pre contest id drop the dbol, run test 1-12 weeks n take 50mg winny every other day weeks 7-12.
I dnt reccomend takin both dbol n winny 2geva tho on ur first cycle, they r highly liver toxic n its best 2 see how ur body reacts 2 orals before stackin them.
For pct id say use nolva alone. weeks 13-15 take nothin while ur body clears out the gear, weeks 16-17 nolva 40mg every day n weeks 18-19 nolva 20mg every day.

hey jp nice to meet you and thanks for the advice i j ust got back from work and training my show is in bout 9 months so wanna bulk before i cut down and i took 25mg dbol b4 workout today but couldnt get supplies for the test i got them now and was about to do my first shot before the shower its 300mg per 1ml should 400mg of test or do 2 shots a week at 300mg each i think im gonna shot for around 400mg once a week and im thinkin dbol for 6 weeks at 25mgs will post measurements in a few hours and pics and the workout i did today of hams

just did my first shot at 400mg from went smooth and didnt burn i think i hit the right part of the outer/upper glute

pics and progress
Took 25mg dbol before hammy workout did 4 sets of seated 4 sets of reverse lunges on smith machine really concentrating on the hamstring, 4 sets lying and 4 sets db stiff legged dls and then 3 sets of deadlifts then came home and did my first shot of bout 400mg of test e will be training back tomorrow

Your bodyfat is already too high for an off season look. I would strongly encourage you to not add another ounce of bodyfat between now and the show. You are already going to have to diet extremely strict and long due to your current condition. Bulking right now will only set you back further.

yah idk my bf is not that high only bout 12ish i did the water test at where i work the pics are all relaxed and the lighting sucks i need to put on more muscle b4 i cut and i had a lot of water and food in me i know its gonna be an extreme diet but what diet isn't? we shall see doing back today ill let everyone know thanks all!

its ok its the offseason i know i gotta cut down after my bulk i just wanna make gains and then cut down where my bf is at is not too much of a factor for me idk a lot of water thx every1

It's not excess water, it's fat and it's well over 12%. I am just giving you honest feedback. Regardless of what the number is I would overhaul your diet and cardio regimen.

well thanks for all the advice guys yes im trying to put on more muscle right now and was just asking for advice as far as this cycle and pct i have been very researched and informed in making my decision to do this and i always wanted to go on stage and i appreciate everyone's time and comments i just wanna get in the best shape of my life and diet down after i come off and do proper pct and then go on another cycle and diet for the show and whatever i need to improve on for the following year ill learn from this year. Thanks all!
Today I did back and calves bout 90 mins before gym 25mg dbol 4 sets lat pulldown(wide) i stay in the 8-10 rep range but change it up at times i feel i need to confuse the muscle a little 4 sets closegrip pulldown 4 sets bent over rows wide grip 4 sets of seated rows and 4 sets wide pull ups and calves i did standing calf machine 6 sets all these sets including back one warm up set and going heavier each set or sometimes ill just grind it out at one weight but not today then i proceeded to stretch both muscles and do cardio on eliptical for 30 mins moderateish pace level 5Last edited by ch0ke; 01-19-2012 at 03:22 PM.

thanks for all the feedback everyone im on day 6 now and i have had the most deep sleep in my life and i love it takin a day off tomorrow and just appreciate everyones feedback

goin strong thanks for everyones support so far! been not addin any bf and even dropped it a bit while weighing in quite a bit more i overhauled my diet and cardio and made a few adjustments and feel and look great thanks everyone! idk where my pics went from b4 there gone lol but thanks all!!

yes will be getting better pics got sick whilst on cycle and a little injury still up to 215 from 190 and a decrease in bf will get better pics with good light as my old pics were up here but now aren't but i can see what i looked like in my mind lol anyway new pics inna bit extending first cycle to 16 weeks or so i know its not recommended but feeling like i would benefit and add a small amount of deca for 8 weeks it'll help towards the show too i believe
