intestinal cramps
I am a few days from my first competition and I am psyched! I am prepared and suprisingly not anxious about it.
However over the last 3 days I have started having intestinal cramps that are getting worse. They are occasionally becoming damn near crippling now. I feel them all the time but more frequently when eating.
I really don't want this to get in the way of anything. Nor do I really want to go to the doctor, I don't want to take anything out of the ordinary this close to the comp.
Any idea why this is happening to me? Any advice?

don't think its nerves. I am seriously excited about this. can't wait for it. been cutting water for contest. Jesus I'm dying. maybe it is constipation? I have been shitting. Not a whole lot, but I just thought that was normal due to the low carb diet

You have to give more info than that. Upper abdomen, lower? Right side, Left side? IS your stomach gurgling? It could be so many things, even kidney stones.
edit: Didn't realize how infrequently people post in here, so my reply doesn't really matter. I am assuming you figured it out, or it stopped on it's own by now. lolLast edited by nooby; 07-03-2012 at 09:10 AM.
