    how often do you workout certain areas?

    Just wondering what a pros workout consisted of. How often do you normaly workout bi's abs etc.

    Not a pro but I'd say work each body part every 4th or 5th day depending how hard you train...You can always change it up. Dont get too much inroutine. Another words switch up the exercises to confuse the body which usually turns to growth. Good Luck
