Cardio
Hi guys I'm 21, 6.1ft, and 206pounds. I'm trying to bulk up but I'm not sure how much cardio I should be doing to keep it a very clean bulk.If anyone wants to help feel free to comment. I'm also cleaning up my dieet and I workout 5times a week.

Do however much is needed to keep fat gain at an absolute minimum. This amount will be different for everyone. Best thing you can do is get monthly body comps done. If your adding fat you are eating more calories than you need plain and simple. Either reduce calories or add in cardio until your weight gains are almost entirely in the form of lean body mass.
