    Pre Comp Advice

    Hi Guys,

    Would love some extra advice or tweaks if you have any for me...

    I am 5'5 155-165 lbs 5-8% body fat (today was 158 with 7.2%) 8 weeks out from competition, heres a pic.

    (cycle is test/tren /mast 140/350/525 mg ew short ester)

    I was cutting for the past 8 weeks and leaned out a lil too much(was on 1800 cal/day), also my show got switched to one 4 weeks later soo

    The food I have now, is substantially more then I was having for the past 8 weeks and that pic is what I look like, so I see myself adding some lean weight fast in these next 4 weeks, I dont want to get TOO big, because I am only competeing in physique, I can actually be deducted for having too much muscle, also I need to stay flexible.

    Here is my current diet for the next 4 weeks (trying to bulk and stay lean) then cut for the next 4 weeks

    first thing in the morning
    shake w/ glutamine, bcaa and other aminos, 30 g protein

    workout

    breakfast 1/2 c. oats with cinnamon+1tbs pb + 30g protein

    snack black bean 2oz and 3oz chicken

    lunch 2 c. salad greens 2 tbs. balsamic vinegar, 4 oz. chicken, 4oz yam

    snack shake (same as morning)

    dinner ground bison 5oz, 1/2 cup broc 1/2 avocado, tomatoes and onions salad. 3 tbsp balsamic.

    before bed 4 egg white omelette with 3tbs. red pepper cooked in no oil 40 mins before bed.

    Just finished my 6th shot and starting to see results and feel them, no sides as of yet (no real aggression, insomnia, or sweats) hopefully because of lower dosages, ill keep updating.

    Anyone have any advice on tweaks for me or is this looking pretty good? 7 weeks to comp, buiking for 3 more then cutting for last 4.

    I guess I am a big dummy but it seems so complicated. I still think I would have just gone EOD and made it simple but I understand your logic and glad the results are showing.

    Again..I understand the logic you have pointed out and have never argued it.

    I just sure as hell don't want to wake up at 5, 2:30 and 6 am to poke myself. I would wake up at those times to poke momma but not myself lol. Keep the updates coming man.

    Haha its not that hard actually, now that I am getting on schedule its simply gonna be 6pm and 6am. 6am then next day 6pm, and then next next day 6am. repeat.

    The 2/5am was simply because I was awake at that time and knew I wouldnt goto bed and wake back up at 6am just for a shot, so figured whats 4 hours, plus also read its best to take RIGHT before you crash so the sides (insomnia dont kick in till your asleep)

    I wake up at 5:30 everymorning regardless to hit the gym before work

    You look good for physique but I wouldnt try to "add more lean weight over the next 4 weeks"

    Thats ridiculous.

    Youre in pre comp mode.

    Focus on that.

    Now is when you should be finding out what you need to come in to the show looking your best.

    So manipulate carbs and sodium and water now.

    Find out what works best for you then when its time to step on stage youre at your best.

    Maintain or lean out more now, instead of trying to gain anything.

    Ppl dont lose comps cuz they came in too shredded.

    Ppl lose comps cuz they arent conditioned properly.
    They look flat.
    Or their water/carb load spilled over and made them look washed out.

    Focus on looking your best now so that you know 100% you will on contest day.


    The reason youre not experiencing sides is due to your doses... not your shooting schedule or shooting before bed.

    Theyre hormones... theyre in your blood stream all the time.
    They dont peak that quickly.

    Your lower test dose and moderate dose of tren is the reason you have no sides.

    Dont think too much about shot timing.

    The reason I decided to bulk a lil now, is because I was supposed to compete in a different show a lil earlier, it fell through, I had been on 1800 calories for 10 weeks and was REALLY lean (152 and dropped too much muscle)
    I have already put on a decent bit of size since finding out my comp got pushed back 4 weeks, I just felt like if i kept cutting or didnt put on size for a few weeks id be way to small come comp time.

    I am just going eveyr 36 hours now, not planned around sleep patterns or anything just trying to balanced levels without pinning everyday.

    Basically I am going to eat super lean and clean, and not try to bulk with nutrition but just with lower reps high weight, and just enough food to maintain/grow slightly
