What is the proper way to cut 2 weeks before your event?
Hello all,
First off I am not a competitive bodybuilder and I am not on gear but I feel I should come to the experts for the best advice.
Basically there is an "event" that I would like to get cut up for and look the best I can for that event. It is on Saturday July 27th. I am doing this to look good, but I am mostly doing this to see how my body responds as a trial and error type thing. I love how you can see your body transform by altering your lifestyle. So basically I am looking for a 2 week out plan for this event and would like any advice on lifting and my diet. Some may some 2 weeks is not enough time, but hey, ill work with that i got. Thanks in advance
My info
I am 21 years old and have been lifting fairly steadily for ~2 years. I am an ectomorph with fairly low bf. ~10-12% so I would be trying to hit the 7-10% for this event. 5'9'' 155lbs.
My diet right now is fairly clean with 40p/30c/30f and drink plenty of water and lift 3-4x a week. (8-10 reps per exercise chest/tris back/bis legs/shoulders
Supplements:
Fish oil
Creatine mono
Pre Work (NO xplode)
Whey
Casein
So once again looking for advice/plan on dieting and lifting and any help would be appreciated

Wait for another show and start 12-15 weeks out. Do a slow cut.
Preparing for a competition and waiting until 2 weeks before isn't preparing.

research carb cycling and start immediately. Do 3 low carb days followed by 1 high and repeat. You won't get shredded in two weeks but you will see a difference. Next time start sooner.
