    Fortunately you have always been blessed with naturally low bodyfat, so you don't have a load to cut but where do you see yourself stats wise on competition day?

    What time do you train? in between what meals? and what is your current goal? to lean for show or gain the weight?

    keep in mind I dont do any body building shows but its just my two cents.

    Also id add up those cals if your trying to gain you look a lil shy of what you need. Your maintenance is around 2500ish and you look to be just under but im just eye balling it, unless you have a few shakes in there?
