Off season
Hi, guys i want to know what is the diffrence between on contest and off season because there are various myth out there i want to know the real diffrence between on contest and off season like what kind of training they do in on contest and what kind of in off season (more reps or less) about diet and last but not least steroid cycle

Off-season and contest training is pretty much the same. Usually you end up using less weight when in contest mode because you're weaker and you'll do more cardio but that's the only difference. You don't get ripped because you start doing really light weight and tons of reps.
Off-season diet = calories above maintenance, Contest diet = calories below maintenance, burn more than you eat. Yes, there are better ways to achieve a good diet than others, but that's the primary idea.
Off-season cycle, basic things, test, deca , HGH, etc
Contest cycle, same as off-season except more drugs like Tren , Masteron , T3, etc.

25 to 30% of calories, the macro-nutrient ration, level of cardio, intensity of training and choices of gear...and quantity of cheat meals...
