One a day muscle per week training split vs 2 muscles a day trainig split ?
Why do some do one a day and some twice a day ? Whats the benift and the difference

Most don't train two body parts per day. I'm sure there are still some that might but it's primarily an old school way of thinking and training, such as back in the Arnold era. Since his time it's continually evolved into less and less actual training. Most bodybuilders do not train more than an hour a day and hit each body part once a week. That doesn't include any cardio they may be doing, I'm only referring to weight training. I know several guys that train about 50-60min for legs and back and the rest of the body parts they hit in 30-40min.
