My updated picture...and avatar...

So occasionally i receive requests for current picture. So the time has come to update my picture with one that was taken 4 or 5 weeks ago at 12 weeks out of a competition. this is what i look like at 42 years old, i have been working pretty hard over last year however i have also had 6 injuries in last 12 months making it more and more difficult to stay focused and on track. I currently have 2 bad shoulders, partially torn rotary calf tendon, partially torn hamstring and pulled groin, torn left biceps and last but not least torn right pec that will be fully examined next Tuesday to see how bad it is...well for now i am 6 weeks out of my show, progress is slow but its there so keep pushing forward and re-evaluate at 2 weeks out if i will be ready or not...anyway enough rambling on, let me ow if you have any questions.
