    Arimidex dosing for Competition

    Hey just looking for some advice on how much arimidex i should be taking for my competitions.
    I have heard of people increasing to 1mg ED to drop water.

    I am currently taking:
    test p 100mg EoD
    anavar 50mgED
    Arimidex 0.25mg EoD

    I am currently 11 days out from my first comp. (26th September)

    26 days from 2nd comp (11th October).

    They are quite close together should i take 1mg ED leading up to both comps?

    and how much would i take between the 2 contests?

    Your test dose is pretty low, i would say even switching to ED application might be enough for you if not .5mg ED...

    Agreed. A thought would be to go to ED for now, see how the show goes and reassess if you need to elevate it to .5 for your next show.
