How to approach diet after conpetition
Currently spacing between 2200 on high carb day and 1400 cal on no carb day. I don't want to blow up after competition. I'm thinking of going up to 2800 after the competition on 40%pro40%carb20%fats and gradually increase 300 calories every week up to 3500/4000 calories
Btw I'm 188 physique competition 100kg now 6%bf 3 weeks out

Competitive bodybuilder reply is very slow...I'm wondering how many bodybuilder in here compete or this forum injustice for recreational steroid user

I don't have a contest till spring that being said I think you have the right idea of slowly increasing your calories. I was going to up my calories by 250 calories a week until I get to a comfortable weight.
I don't plan on going above 10 lbs above competition weight until next fall because I don't want to feel horrible during the cutting phase for every show next spring/summer.
On a side note, most individuals on this forum are recreational users.
