    Peaking twice in two weeks... follow Mike XXL carb protocol ?

    39yo
    No cycle
    Jan 4th 217# @ +20%bf
    Now 176 @ sub 10%bf (guess 8 see pics)

    Currently in ketosis. Just reduced calories (today) 1800/day (200p/100c/66f) to 1200/day [200p/40c/30f) for the next ten days. Trying to reach 5-6% @ 165 - 170 range.

    Need to peak @6pm April 2nd and again April 8th (April 2nd is way more important).

    Doing this off cycle how should I modify the carb fat load protocol?

    How should I repeat to peak again a second time?

    Have dyazide on hand (dose according to hcl thiazide in the pill? 25mg)

    Thats very tough bro, one of my clients won nationals turned pro, looked 100%, did a pro show 2 weeks later looked 80% placed 5th, did 2 more pro shows 2 weeks apart and conditioning progressively got worst, we tried to manipulate things to bring him in good, but every time we had to re-peak the starting point was different, he never had enough time to reach homeostasis, considering it was his first run at the pro stage and never placing last and peaking so many times in 6 weeks wasnt bad it thought me few things having to do it this way, but i will tell you right now it will be hard, very hard...and personally would limit the diuretic use to next to nothing...even guys like JOhn Meadows shy away from diuretic use now...

    Really much much more concerned with earlier date.

    Considering that how any thoughts on how to adjust your protocol since I'm coming in so hot and fast?

    Same thoughts on diuretics if I'm only thinking about the April 2nd date?

    I would add 4 pickles a day into your diet right now, stop them on March 31st. Take 1/4 tab of dyazide 1 hour before cutting water. Cut water 16-18 hours before stage time. Have a fat loading meal 6 hours after cutting water. This is pretty general advice that should get you good results. If you are still holding water in the morning, which you should not, i would take additional 1/8 tab of dyazide...no more thou, diuretics are not the answer as they can also flatten you out and make the conditioning appear worst then it should be.

    Pickles? I don't know much about competing. Just wondering what Pickles will do for u?

    It a secret....LOL....few things, one they will sodium load the body and when the pickles are dropped 1-1/2 days out from stage time the elimination of sodium will draw out the fluids...but also the extra sodium through the dieting process will keep the muscle bellies fullness at a maximum level even through reduced carb diet. Also the intracellular fluid will also help maintain the muscle strength...this is it in a nut shell...

    still 5' 8 or 9" depends on time of the day and give or take 195-200lbs, i am comfortable at this weight and sort of gave up on getting bigger, just getting to old. goal this year is to be 190-195lbs and at 8% by may...now time to execute the plan to get there...thanks Nach3...

    LOL give or take the time o day lmao -- you look much bigger than that - that height and weight your carrying a lot of tissue still - at 8% youd be nasty... Feeling good/comfortable at a weight is important imo - it's the way you carry it anyway! Well done

    I've bern thinking of getting into comp shape just not on stage(once I can actually do a double front/or back due ROM) but Id still like to experience all that craziness too lol
