Advice on my physique for MENS Physique **pics attached**
Im planning on competing in april next year or sometime after in the Men's Physique category (Novice, under 21s or First timers)
Just wondering if anyone had any constructive criticism on my current physique...all comments welcome just looking on ways to improve going into next year.Sorry the Pictures aren't that high quality but you get an idea of where im at.
Stats ATM
Age 20
Weight 198
Height 6 foot 3
Body Fat 14-15%

You are very, very under developed. Physique guys are small(er) for sure, but you have a lot of work to do and April is too close. I would check out both the diet section here and then find a workout regimen that revolves around building some mass.

I agree with above, you are on the smaller side but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it. IMO if you go into the show with realistic goals and utilize the post show rebound to grow then it can be very beneficial for you. Especially because you would fall into the under 21 (if you have that in your country).
The first place to start will be your diet. Second will be training.

Perfect Advice Thanks Guys! The Division i'm looking is a natty 'Mr Physique' Comp in Australia it's more on the fitness model side of things then bodybuilding...However i do agree i'm still small and i need to adjust my diet and training accordingly

I like your attitude open to criticism ..you will go a long way not being stubborn and following tried and true advice..get your calories up get some mass on that frame and diet down for your show you can do anything with determination and knowledge and you got a great starting point.

You have a tall, "lanky" physique and imo, will have a harder time to put on mass.
I'd emphasize shoulders to maximize your narrower waist and get a killer "V" shape. Also start cutting gradually so you don't sacrifice muscle and come in very lean.

Didn't know what these guys looked like on stage. Looked up a youtube vid of a competition,and your actually about the size of these guys. Just not as lean and tanned,in which anyone knows goes a long way in ones looks.

This is the NPC . I dont know about Australia.
If possible, I would just shred up before trying to build size,especially by April.
