    ''' PRE-CONTEST - MY COMPETITION ON NOVEMBER 23rd AT CLASSIC PHYSIQUE ''''''

Well, iron brothers I decided to do this topic to mention what I will accomplish until the day of the competition, which will be on November 23rd in the Classic Phisique category.
It's 8 weeks until the competition day, and I noticed that my body is responding well. Body fat is 7% - although I have days to improve it, I want to reach 4-5% body fat.
I am not going to put my steroid cycle in here because I don't want to waste time (And I'm with a reliable coach who has passed the whole protocol efficiently!
But I am here, to describe some things that he guided me to follow, about strategies until November 23 that I will compete."Well, now I drink 8 liters of water a day, consuming sodium normally. My coach asked me to continue with 8 liters of water for now, decrease to 6 liters, then 4 liters, then 3 liters and 2 liters, competition week gives drink 1 liter of water until Thursday November 21. Why did he tell me that on Friday, November 22, he will cut off my water and sodium intake completely.

On Wednesday, November 20, I will do a carbohydrate load starting at 2:00 pm and ending at 6:00 pm. My trainer noted that I get the best physique 72 hours after the carbohydrate load. And since my competition will be at 2 pm on Saturday, November 23, my coach asked me to carbar on Wednesday ... (And remember that sodium intake will usually increase until Thursday, because on Friday will be cut completely along with the water.
Monday and Tuesday, there will be glycogen depletion training - to perform carbohydrate loading on Wednesday, from 14:00 to 18:00. Wednesday ,Thursday I will not train, I will continue to consume sodium and 1 liter of water ... On Friday, the day before the competition, I will not train either - I will run out of water and without sodium and increase potassium and calcium.
My coach didn't opt for diuretics ...
On competition day, November 23rd. From 6:00 to 12:00 - I will consume 60-70 grams of carbs along with 30 grams of lean protein (every 1 hour with simple carbohydrates and lean proteins)
From one o'clock in the afternoon, I will start to carbar with pure sugar to fill the muscles - bee honey with banana, jam etc. and I will continue until it is time to take the stage. My coach has also asked me to take pizza pieces of various types of cheese in case I need to carry the sodium to fill the muscles ... But this will be the last option because the sodium pump is not always correct.

The music of my performance will be Limp bizkit - Lonely World

all sounds like a fairly solid plan . will be following along ..

I'm assuming everything you broke down is just in "theory" and is only a "tentative plan" . unless your coach only does 'cookie cutter' peak week protocols that are the same for all his clients , he can't possible know 8 weeks out how much water your going to need to drink , sodium , when to deplete, when to carb up, etc. etc.. too many variables and its going to be dependent on how your physique is responding on a day to day hour to hour basis.

so again, I'm assuming whats laid out is just kinda a rough and tentative plan only. but what actually takes place is going to be based on how your physique is responding

    Thanks !!!

Yeah bro, I think he just wanted to give me some guidance on what he wants to do. I will keep you informed as the days go by. There is still a long way to go until November 23rd ... I'm having a hard time adapting to the poses, the rest seems to be doing well

That makes sense. I was wondering how he was planning out water sodium and carbs for the week of the show. I thought you did that by how the client looks and tested carb ups and stuff in the off season to know how they respond.

He has been helping me since March this year.

My preparation is going as expected ... Now I want to adjust to poses and choreography as body fat drops to 4-5%.

I like the fact that you realize that you need to adjust your poses as you go. Adjusting the poses as your body changes is important. I will warn you that the last week only make slight changes. Too many changes can get you all confused when under pressure in front of the crowd. Been there, done that. My abs popped the day of the comp, but it was too late to make changes so I went with what I was practicing all along.

    Good luck buddy!!!!

Very good physique man, id say legs were definitely your strongest point i think you actually add more mass to your upper and still be fine if you wanted to do so. Great work
