Question about routines and bulking up
Ok I have been doing research and been lifting for about 7 years on and off. Question is this most bodybuilders say the most importatnt thing is make sure you get a nice strict 6-8 reps and feel every set. I understand this concept but my strength when doing this goes up slowly compaired to a powerlifiting routine. My question is is it better to do the strict 8 or go for raw power and build up mass I would like to hear from people that have competeted thanks.

well..my advice to you, if youre tryin to bulk up, would be just do whatever you can do to get big. If gettin big for you is doing power lifts than i say stick with that. ive found that doing a range of 8 to 10 reps works wonders for me. I get super strong and build the muscle i need.
