    Elliot pretty much gave you what you need to begin with. I'd start there.

    I had no idea you were female, my bad on that one. It'd be better if you'd have stated that, and listed your weight and such from the get-go, but that's water under the bridge now. You're here to get help.........

    HAHAHA bad man you are funny--thanks all for the info--and yes i read the sticky--is the peanut butter a decent substitute for the flax oil (w/ meal 2 and 4)? Thanks again--i tried signing up @ gotswole.com to customize something but i couldnt register
