What do I eat before working out in the morning?

    Hey,

I like to work out in the morning between 8-9am... I usally get up 30-45 minutes before I start my warm up sets in the gym.

I'm trying to bulk up at the moment, so what do you suggest is the best type of food to eat before working out? Obvioulsy, I don't want to feel bloated or lathargic before I start my sets. Should I wait a certain time to work out after eating in the morning?

my advice is to not workout first thing in the am after a meal. Ideally you should have 3 meals in your system before working out, at the minimum atleast 2 meals. But if your gonna workout after 1 meal make it a protein/ carb 1.5hrs before you lift.
