Steak quest
Can you eat steak and oats as a pro/carb meal? or is there too much fat in steak?

There are several lean cuts of steak that are fine choices.

still too much fat man. . the leanest steak out there is top round. .and that has 5 grams of fat per 3oz.

u can eat steaks unless u are getting ready for a show...the pro's do it

I actually eat red meat 6 times a day in preparation for a show.
(Final 4 days excluded)
