    Just Want to Show some appreciation...

    Since I joined, I started myself on a cutting diet after reading up for a while, checking out people's posts/the stickies/and seeing what worked for certain people. Since I joined i dropped from 14-15% bf to about 10%, I feel great and look great too (and its been all natural, strict diet/cardio.. only supps used are whey/multi vitamin/dextrose). Just wanted to show some love for u bros esp LMO, DCB, SC, Elliot.. all u guys have helped by critiqueing my diets and sharing your knowledge with people.

    Good deal bro. I am new to this board and i have been just sitting back and soakin up all this info. I just started working out again after a 5 year hiatus. Its now my fourth month and i have dropped my bodyfat from 22 percent to 12 percent. Im gonna try to put together a diet so that i can get some feeback from the other knowledgeable peeps.

    I second that! I have been lifting for a year and a half now and have seen more improvement over the last month since i got here. The funny thing is that I only found this site becaus I was about to start a cycle and my friend told me to read up on steroid .com to find out what i wanted to take. And because of all the info I found on the boards I decided to stay natural and fix my diet. Thanks a lot guys!
