cheat day skip a meal
guys wen i have my cheat day i will skip one of my protein an carb meals with the cheat meal. i always eat pizza with a plat of chips.is this correct or must i still eat all my meals an the cheat meal. pls help

on "cheat days", you should only have one little cheat meal. My trainer tears me apart whenever I eat more then one cheat meal on my cheat days. You should still be using your regular diet, just add a junk food snack on that day.

i cheat once a week. so must i skip my prot an carb meal or just eat both.thanks guys

I don't agree however.. the point of a cheat meal is to 'shock' your body with an increase in calories... If your calories are low 4-6 days a week.. and you choose to add the cheat day, it's like a metabolic jumpstart.
I'd advise you adhere to your usual diet AND add the cheat meal (or two, depending on your present BF% AND/OR your physique goals)

Honestly I have found what works best for me is a 1/2 cheat day. I wake up early, get my cardio done, then I go town eating whatever I want until about 5-6PM. After that I go back to normal diet and eat pro/fat meals and if I feel really bloated etc I'll do some light cardio. It all depends on your goals though and how you look / feel and how well your body responds to excess food. Remember it is not possile to make yourself fat in one day, and DON'T weigh yourself after you cheat. Most cheat days I put on about 5-10 pounds of water which comes off over the next 2-3 days.

not me. I have a cheat DAY. No workout, no cardio, eat whatever I want. The only saving grace being that most unhealthy foods simply don't appeal to me anymore, so I end up eating pretty good anyway. It's just nice, mentally speaking, to have a day of no rules. Kinda like if my wife goes out of town.

my cheat days are almost 100% crap food days. HOwever i still try to eat a few diet meals inbetween.

I dont plan cheat days, but they happen pretty much every weekend bc its too **** hard as a 21 yr college student not to go get f*cked up on the weekends with my buddies. Plus i sleep later on the weekends throwing everything off.
