    Whats a good food for lots of calories if I am trying to bulk up (not FAT up)

    I use to pile up on the porter houses and eat them when I could. But what Brian said...get some natuaral unsalted PB

    Yes, i eat them 4 times a day...rather i used to i finally mixed things up and got some natty PB....but yes plain almonds is like eating cardboard. I can get it chewed up but i have to chug water to get it down my throat. I'm going to get some pistacchios though and give them a try.

    ok smalls try this. . roast them almonds on a cookie sheet, toss them ****s in the blender and belnd them up for some almond butter.

    Also throw in some macadamia nuts ( a bit $$$ ) but once a day and you can find them cheap. IF your cutting they're just a bit higher in cals, fat, carbs...

    don't forget about walnuts too.

    roast those almonds..as they taste pretty bad when they are raw..let them cool..and you''ll have some crunchy delicious nuts!..brian..almonds ain't that bad..i can eat them in all my meals..roasted of course..lol
