Strange Question Can someone Make me a list of what to eat everyday? Cutting diet.
Ok here it goes i weigh 171 pounds i wanna loose a lot and real fast.
My daily routine is as follows:
[Breakfast]
4 Egg whites
[Work out]
30 mins treadmill
30 mins cycling
30 mins stomache workouts
[After Workout Meal]
1 can Tuna in water with chopped up onions and lemon
1 Green apple or 1 orange i switch from time to time.
ok so people are saying this is wrong too low but it worked real great lost from 286 to 171 in 2 months and a half but kinda going slow now.. anyone know a better diet? i want a diet i can use everyday or if anyone is free to write me up a bitching cutting diet.. thanks

Even as new as I am around here and with not near the experience as most of the posters around here bro you NEED MORE FOOD otherwise you are going to end up with a smaller, loose skin version, of your former body.

This is starting to get old..... if you really are this clueless do me a favor and contact SwoleCat and PAY for his services. No one is going to make a diet for you or tell you all the foods you should eat. We have so many threads you could search through and find this all out on your own, or even look at our GREAT Stickies at the top of the forum which you seem to neglect. If you create one more new thread I am reporting you to the mods..... stop wasting server space creating a new thread everytime you want to ask a question

i understand your new to the site and all but you have to use some common sense bro. Do a search read around then post a diet. We will help you from there. Like my man LMO said noone will give you a diet. Its not that simple. Dont get discouraged because were being hard on you but you need to read to learn.

or ... eat some kfc the first meal and right before you go to bed...
and some rice chex.. and some vitamins... take your pick of those, their ALL GOOD for ya

okay man.. your getting extreamly annoying so im a do this once so you can stop spamming the forum..
Wake up
CARDIO
Pro/Fat
120-180 minutes later
pro/fat
120-180 minutes later
pro/fat
workout
pwo shake (2 part dextrose 1 part whey)
60-90 minutes later
PWO Meal of Complex carbs and LEAN protein
2 hours later
Final pro/fat meal
Protein: chicken, tuna, steak, pork, whey, fish, etc..
Fat: Flax/Fish/Olive/UDO Oil, Nuts, Flax Seeds....
Complex Carbs: Yams (Sweet Potatoes) or Brown Rice
Now for christ sake stop making threads.. !@!@#
