If you're gonna binge- do it smart!
I do not endorse binging, but if you're in need, make sure you do it right. Instead of potato chips in my house, I have recently come accross a great alternative- pork rinds. I know- you're all saying, "get the sheezy out of the house", but we all know there's that time when one must just break down, and pork out. I've removed all the "bad" food in the pantry, with less bad foods- like rinds for those times.
Did you know that rinds have zero carbs, half the fat, and eight times the protein as Pringles?
Any other good ideas out there?

yea on my binge days i have tons of good food around. some examples would be:
recies peanut butter cups
2 large pepperoni pizzas
as many double whopper with cheese value meals one can afford
veal parmagean
xxl size philly cheese steak
fettuccini alfredo with shrimp
chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
blueberry pancakes with maple syrup
i could go on for hours
sorry just had to get that out of my system, i'll never eat half those

Pork skins are cool on a low carb diet, yeah, but don't count the protein as any type of protein that is going to assist muscular growth.

P.s. you missed a bowl of ice-cream.. multiple scoops..assorted flavours.. cookies and cream/maple almond/rum &raisin.. all topped with a shot of red wine [or remy martin V.S.O.P.] with a side of moist vanilla cake

my last cheat meal i had 4 double cheeseburgers and 4 mcchickens at McD's for a grand total of $8.48.
