Need A Clean BULK Diet?
Try this...
Meal 1/3/5
2 Packages of Natural Oatmeal
1 Banana
1 Apple
2 Scoops of Whey Protein
= 60g Protein, 90g Carb, 6g Fat
= 650 Calories
Meals 2/4
2 Whole Wheat Multi-Grain bagels
2 Chicken Breasts (or equal substitute)
= 100g Carb, 50g Protein, 10g Fat
= 690 Calories
PWO
- 2 Cups of White Rice
- 2 Scoops of Protein Whey
- 1 Large Apple
= 120g Carb, 50g Protein, 10g Fat
= 770 Calories
Your total for the day is...
4100 Calories with...
320g Protein
590g Carb
48g Fat
And a very small amount of processed sugars.
That's a very simple and inexpensive bulker...

Where's the healthy fats??
It's a good layout, indeed, but for hormones/skin/test levels/etc., healthy fats are key, especially when bulking.
Just my $.02........
