Ok so i went to costco today and there were no almonds that were just regular. They all were like flavored with cinnamon and crap. So this guy told me they had almond butter, I had no idea what it was so i looked at the nutrition facts and it was the exact same for 2 tbsp as eating 25 almonds. So i bought it and put 2 tbsp into my protien shake for a little pro/fat meal.

Thinking it was gonna taste like pure SH1T, i sipped it and it tasted soooooo good.

If u guys wanna try a new pro/fat meal when ur at work or dont have time to cook. This is really convienient, and tastes GREAT! plus u kill 2 birds with one stone.
