I thinking about runing this, could you tell me if anything was missing ? What kind of Natural oatmeal are you talking about ? Also with meal 2 and 4 just chicken no veg's?

Try this...
Meal 1/3/5
2 Packages of Natural Oatmeal
1 Banana
1 Apple
2 Scoops of Whey Protein
= 60g Protein, 90g Carb, 6g Fat
= 650 Calories
Meals 2/4
2 Whole Wheat Multi-Grain bagels
2 Chicken Breasts (or equal substitute)
= 100g Carb, 50g Protein, 10g Fat
= 690 Calories
PWO
- 2 Cups of White Rice
- 2 Scoops of Protein Whey
- 1 Large Apple
= 120g Carb, 50g Protein, 10g Fat
= 770 Calories
Your total for the day is...
4100 Calories with...
320g Protein
590g Carb
48g Fat
And a very small amount of processed sugars.
That's a very simple and inexpensive bulker...

I would add some tuna or red meat in there..possibly in meals 2 and 5

when you say red you mean beef or steak, how do you make your beef. I see alot of diets that say 8oz of beef, what do you make with?
