Too much fat PPWO?
If I'm 220 lbs., what should be my cutoff for fat in my pro/carb ppwo meal?
Is 15 g too much?

If its a pro/carb meal, which it should be, I don't understand why there would be much fat if any at all. Try using chicken or fish in that meal. They both have less fat than meat.

From the Cutting Sticky:
Meal 5: (your PPWO)
Veggies, Lean Protein, 1/2 cup rice or oatmeal.
Umm.. I'd try to avoid it all together, as to parrot DCB:
"IF YOU MIX CARBS AND FATS I'LL EAT YOUR CHILDREN!!"
