Velocity diet?
http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do...itan?id=546491
After I read all this and read his diary on the results I am kinda scratching my head, I mean you would think since it was posted over at T nation that it would be something worth trying. But this sounds kinda brutal and not so great for your body.He says he didnt lose much if any muscle, I find that hard to believe. What do ya think?

Man...that sounds crazy. I don't think I could do that for 28 days, I like to eat too much. I also would like to know how this guy didn't lose any muscle mass w/o taking in that many calories or REAL FOOD.

Probably taking a lot of testosterone .. you can maintain muscle on a caloric deficit

Hey swole even though this method seems brutal and no fun at all would it actually be an effective and safe way to lose fat?

Yeah i'm sure you would lose fat, but unless you're on a lot of test or some sort of gear (anavar etc) then you would also lose a lot of muscle.

Why would that be? I mean as long as you keep your protein high enough, this diet includes lots of flaxoil and up to 100g carbs a day. This sounds kinda like the cutting sticky but with liquids instead of solid food.....

Yes but liquids are digested/processed much much faster then solid food. Liquids also have a higher chance of passing through your system.
