check it out, need improvements?
221lbs 2nd cycle wk. 3, 15%BF
goal: get down to 12-13% and gain lean muscle. Cycles gonna be 16 wks long. I've never cut before, that's why im doing this. and i don't even know if you could call this cutting...because im not trying to cut that much.
cardio 30min 60-70% 3-4 times wk
1. 6eggwhites 1 scoop protein/ 3/4 cup oats.
2. 2can tuna/1TBS fullfat mayo/cup broclli/slice swiss cheese
3.PWO 50g protein 90g dex
4.PPWO 1chicken breast/yam OR potato or brown rice
5. 2 cup ground beef or 8oz lean steak/esparagus
6. 50g protein/1TBS flax OR 4 whole eggs/scoop protein
I should probably add that i like PB and stackin on chicken/turkey. so throw in 300kcals or so ontop of what is counted down below
comes out to 1248 P:495 F:720 C total: 2463
It seems this should make me lose weight, but the dbol isnt helping me notice anything, ldex should kick in in a wk, so guess i'll know then... what do you think?Last edited by niXon)(; 03-21-2005 at 12:15 AM.

The dbol will wear off in a wk. I cant stand prop or the ED injections so i through dbol in, again...i dont understand why its so bad. yea i wont see the results yet, but when dbol wears off and airmidex kicks in all it good. i love dbol.
im guessing diet is okay then. and no its not dbol only..

its b/c dbol is a bulker and causes gain in water weight which gives you a bloated look and this is not ideal for cutting

I know that is why...I noticed last time i lost weight in the begining(from the mirror) and i was trying to bulk, so i tryed actually cutting this time with it, guess i'll see in a week or so hell i dont know.

Jump start with what? Water retention on a cutting diet?
Sorry bro, I guess we'll just have to each have our own takes on the situation.
Carry on.

what u are saying doenst make any scene sure its nice to have a jump start and if ur cutting then prop would have been ideal but if ur goal is to cut then dbol will do the opposite of what ur goals are, now if u were bulking and wanted to jumpstart well then hello dbol water rention and bulk.
good luck but i would skip the dbol if u wanna cut

ITs not that dbol wears off it is the gains of dbol that may wear off/ but water retention/bloat from dbol are going to be there and are not going to wear off.
