    Is this Ok while cutting?

    For a meal: A chicken breast, 1/2 cup of rice, salad. Should the rice be dropped or lowered?

    Where is this meal?

    PPWO? If it is, I'd say it's fine.. just remember that the salad contains fibre, which will slow down digestion..........(also, keep in mind what dressing you're using)...

    I would eat that meal Pre W/O myself.... but while cutting I generally keep my carbs excluded to A.M. Oats, PWO Dex, and PPWO Rice/Yams...

    Yeah it was preworkout. So you keep the carbs excluded in the A.M. or included?

    Salad slows down digestion, hmm I learned something.

    It was just lettuce and I threw a little bit of shredded cheese on there. Is the cheese a bad idea?

    By excluded, I mean that those are the basically the only times I include them while cutting... AM, PWO, and PPWO...
